 EMS is ideal for new mums, offering a full-body workout in just 20 minutes without high-impact movement. We focus on areas that matter post-pregnancy—like core strength, pelvic floor support and overall tone—while being mindful of your recovery journey.

 Life is busy. That’s why our sessions are designed to fit around naps, feeding and the unpredictable nature of early motherhood. In a studio setting or at your home—we’re here to support you every step of the way. 

 

Pelvic Floor Strengthening 

EMS will support the strengthening of the pelvic floor by activating deep muscles that are often difficult to contract voluntarily—especially after pregnancy. By inducing controlled, repetitive contractions, EMS helps improve muscle strength, endurance, and neuromuscular control, which are essential for recovery after childbirth and for preventing issues such as urinary incontinence.
